We offer a variety of shipping options across the UK.
Free Shipping
- Orders with a total value of £100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- This is automatically applied at checkout. Eligible customers can access this with no code needed.
- Free delivery may also be available on orders under £100 as a promotion during limited periods. This will be activated by using a discount code. Customers who are eligible for these limited-time offers will be notified directly, or information will be displayed via the website.
Standard Shipping
- All orders under the value of £100 will be charged a flat delivery rate. This flat delivery rate is £5 per order.
- Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. However, this depends on the courier and other circumstances.
Order Processing
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
- Orders placed after 2pm Monday – Thursday, on Friday, or on weekends will be processed the next working day. Please see our opening hours for more information on what constitutes a working day.
- Orders placed over the Christmas period will not be posted until the next working date. Information on Christmas shutdowns will be advertised on the homepage.
Delivery Partners
- We use trusted UK couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri, depending on the size and weight of your order.
- Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email letting you know which courier will be responsible for the delivery of your order. This email will come directly from the courier. All Kingfisher (Lubrication) Ltd e-commerce orders are fulfilled using the Parcel2Go platform.
- To track your order, please visit the website of the courier that will be responsible for the delivery of your order.
- Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email which will include your tracking information and the confirmation of the courier responsible for the delivery of your order. Please submit your tracking information on the courier’s website to receive an update on your order’s delivery status. Alternatively, the first email you receive from the courier should include a tracking link.
- If you haven’t received your parcel, please contact us, and we will investigate this further.
Delivery Address
- Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can’t be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect details.
- If you notice that the delivery address you have provided is incorrect, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.
Missed Deliveries
- If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a card or send a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please consult the information provided by the courier if this issue arises.
- We are not responsible for any items that are declared lost in transit due to errors made by the courier or customer.
- In the unlikely event that you are unable to receive your order and the parcel is returned to us as the sender, additional delivery costs will apply for the parcel to be resent to you. If an order is returned due to missed delivery and you no longer wish to receive it, you must contact us directly. Customers must explicitly inform us if they wish to return an order and request a refund.
International Orders
- This policy only applies to UK deliveries.
- We do not currently accept international orders that are placed from outside the UK.
- If you are ordering on behalf of an international business and require larger quantities, please contact our sales team through our main website, and we will be able to provide a competitive quote.
